Delivery Information The Order Process In order For you the customer to take advantage of our internet pricing all orders must be placed online via our online store.
We understand the importance of a reliable delivery service and keeping you the customer informed of the status of your order once placed. When you place an order you will receive an email which is confirmation that the order has been received by our online store. This email will contain a list of the products ordered and the total cost. A final email will be sent when your order has been sanctioned for despatch. We hope that in providing this service we give you the customer more faith in buying online from us. Delivery We aim to deliver all goods within 2 -5 working days. Working on the basis that orders placed after 5.30pm on Friday will be treated as a Monday order and should be with you by the following monday ( 1 working week later ) or sooner. Our Returns and Refund Policy If you recieve any items incorrectly they will be picked up from you and the correct items delivered to you free of charge by return. (please check orders before sending and make a copy of any emails and invoices for your own reference.) In the unlikely event that goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt, these also will be picked up from you and a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the goods. Any items which develop faults within the manufacturers warranty period please contact us to organise a pick up , this will be repaired or replaced accordingly and redelivered promptly Any order placed that has been correctly supplied by Able Tools and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, subject to a restocking fee of 20%. The cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer. These guidlines in no way effect your statutory consumer rights. |
